On 9/15/72, a [REDACTED] was observed parked in front of the house at [REDACTED] Calif. The vehicle was bearing Calif. license [REDACTED] and the registered owner was determined to be [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Calif., driver's license [REDACTED] born [REDACTED] (age [REDACTED]) 5'9", 167, Brown hair and eyes. A photo graph of [REDACTED] was obtained from Sacramento, as it appeared on his driver's license. The photograph and description of [REDACTED] was determined not to be similar to that of the unknown subject, and on the basis of age and description of [REDACTED] he should be eliminated as a suspect in this matter.
