DESCRIPTION AGE: 31, born December 7, 1942, Kinston, North Carolina HEIGHT: 5'10" EYES: blue WEIGHT: 170 pounds COMPLEXION: dark BUILD: medium RACE: white HAIR: brown NATIONALITY: American SCARS AND MARKS: scars on left ring and left little fingers, left side of nose, left bicep, right inside thigh REMARKS: has large protruding ears and may be wearing mustache. While in military service McCoy received training as an Army aviator, helicopter pilot, demolition specialist and parachutist. SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER USED: 237-66-2779
CRIMINAL RECORD McCoy has been convicted of Aircraft Piracy.

On August 21, 1974, a warrant was issued at Williamsport, Pennsylvania, charging McCoy with being an escaped Federal prisoner (Title 18, U. S. Code, Section 751a).
