On September 17, 1974, [REDACTED] Credit Bureau Inc., Bend, Oregon Branch, 64 Oregon Avenue, caused a search of her department's files and advised her files do hold information concerning [REDACTED] Information shows [REDACTED] who was [REDACTED] years old in 1974, no date of birth, is currently employed as [REDACTED] where he has been employed for approximately [REDACTED] He further advised files show he was an employee of [REDACTED] believed to be in Eugene, Oregon. The file further shows that his [REDACTED] is [REDACTED]
She further advised the file shows that the [REDACTED] and accounts which are current and to her knowledge, none of the accounts have been [REDACTED]
