On January 26, 1977, a review of the 1977 Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Book for the communities of Bend, Gilchrist, Crescent, La Pine, Silver Lake, Fort Rock, Christmas Valley, Prineville, Madras, Warm Springs, Antelope, Culver, Mitchell, Paulina, Redmond, Sisters and Spray, Oregon, failed to reveal any listing for BRYANT COFFELT. On February 16, 1977, [REDACTED] date of birth, [REDACTED] was interviewed at his residence [REDACTED] Oregon, and he at that time advised that [REDACTED] Oregon, and that he himself is not acquainted with anyone by the name of BRYANT COFFELT, date of birth February 20, 1916. [REDACTED] stated [REDACTED] [REDACTED] added however, he does have relations residing in [REDACTED] area, however, he does not know if any of them may be BRYANT COFFELT.

(2) On January 28, 1977, Oregon State Police, Salem, Oregon, (also via state teltype).
(3) On January 28, 1977, Columbia Region Infor- mation Sharing System (CRISS).
(4) On January 28, 1977, the Credit Bureau, Inc., Regional Center, Portland, Oregon.
(5) On January 28, 1977, the Oregon State Bureau of Vital Statistics revealed no record regarding the birth of BRYANT COFFELT from 1902 to 1924. On January 28, 1977, the Oregon State Bureau of Vital Statistics, revealed no record of a death of a BRYANT COFFELT from 1903 to 1977.
