COOPER IN HIS DAILY NEWSPAPER THIS DATE, HE IS OF THE OPINION THAT SAID INDIVIDUAL WAS VERY LIKELY THE SAME INDIVIDUAL WHO UNTIL SATURDAY 2/4/78 WAS [REDACTED] HE BELIEVES TO BE COOPER PRESENTLY HAS A BEARD, AFTER SHADING ONE IN ON THE DRAWING, CALLER AND OTHERS HE SHOWED THE DRAWING TO ALL SEEM TO BE OF THE OPINION THAT [REDACTED] AND COOPER ARE VERY POSSIBLY IDENTIC[AL].
CALLER ADVISED THAT THE NAME USED BY [REDACTED] SAID TO HAVE [REDACTED] IN HIS POSSESSION. CALLER FURTHER ADVISED THAT [REDACTED] AND [REDACTED] BEFORE [REDACTED] ADVISED CALLER THAT HE WOULD [REDACTED] [guess: HITTING] DATE GIVEN.
