What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Memorandum
TO : FILE (164-81) DATE: 11/26/71
FROM : SAC, SEATTLE
SUBJECT: UNSUB NORTHWEST AIRLINES FLIGHT 305 PORTLAND TO SEATTLE, 11/24/71 CAA - HIJACKING; EXTORTION
---
[redacted] of a German newspaper, called and wanted to know if the pilot had been requested to go up to an altitude with the plane unpressurized, which would be sufficiently high where it would be injurious to the hijacker. I told him I had no knowledge to that effect.
He also wanted to know if it had been considered to give the UNSUB a defective parachute so he would die if he tried to use it. I told him I had no comment to make about this.
