On 11/29/71, [REDACTED] (PROTECT IDENTITY), advised SA [REDACTED] that he had seen a composite drawing of unknown subject in the 11/28/71, edition of the 'Fresno Bee' newspaper. [REDACTED] advised that this photo greatly resembles one [REDACTED] who was a [REDACTED].
[REDACTED] It is noted [REDACTED] was prosecuted during [REDACTED], California, for [REDACTED].
[REDACTED] Fresno in late [REDACTED].
According to [REDACTED] is in his [REDACTED], is about 6' 1", 180 - 185 pounds, olive complexion, and almost always wore sunglasses [REDACTED] said [REDACTED] is soft spoken; and although he has no arrest record to his knowledge, he has been [REDACTED] [REDACTED]; and he is capable of performing a plane hijacking. [REDACTED] said he understands [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] said that from the composite drawing he has seen, the suspect's mouth, nose, and chin are quite similar to [REDACTED]. He said [REDACTED] [REDACTED] San Francisco area for the [REDACTED] years or more.
[REDACTED] said [REDACTED] San Francisco [REDACTED], employer unknown, and that he is now believed to be working for [REDACTED] [REDACTED], address unknown, in San Francisco.
[REDACTED] added there should be a photograph of [REDACTED] in the "Fresno Bee" morgue files.
A photograph of [REDACTED] has been obtained from the files of the "Fresno Bee", and there appears to be similarity between this photograph and the composite drawing. This photograph is being forwarded to the Seattle office direct from the Fresno Resident Agency.
Seattle is requested to exhibit photograph to witnesses and furnish results to Sacramento since [REDACTED] [REDACTED] has advised that [REDACTED] the San Francisco area.
