THIS INDIVIDUAL WAS DRIVING A NEW ORANGE COLORED JEEP, WITH CALIFORNIA LICENSE [REDACTED]. HE STATED THAT HE HAD PURCHASED THE JEEP IN NEVADA ON [REDACTED] LAST.
