Enclosed for Seattle are two photographs of EDWIN B. COWAN taken in 1962, no copies of which are being retained at Las Vegas and two photographs of COWAN taken in 1969, obtained from the Las Vegas Police Department.

[REDACTED] who advised her true legal name is [REDACTED], residing at [REDACTED], [REDACTED] Las Vegas, Nevada, employed by [REDACTED] [REDACTED] advised on 11/29/71, that she strongly believed the artist's conception of the unknown hijacker, witnessed on the "Today Show" on N.B.C., strongly resembles [REDACTED] EDWIN B. COWAN.

[REDACTED] stated she was not paying particular attention to the program; had a glimpse only of the photograph but was attracted to the mouth of the artist's conception as well as the ears and general facial characteristics.
