FBI, Charlotte, is OO in an investigation concerning him captioned [REDACTED] aka - FUGITIVE; ITSMV; PAROLE VIOLATOR; BOND DEFAULT," Bufil[REDACTED] file [REDACTED]. His FBI identification record dated [REDACTED] indicates he has traveled all over the United States including one arrest by Sheriff's Office, [REDACTED], and one [REDACTED] arrest by SO, [REDACTED]
