On 12/20/71, [REDACTED] for the Pierce County Sheriff's Office, Tacoma, Washington, searched the records and provided the following information for one named [REDACTED]:
Address [REDACTED] Tacoma, Washington Pierce Co. SO records reflect that on 12/15/61 [REDACTED] was involved in a traffic accident on 7/25/60. A hold was placed on [REDACTED] at the Tacoma Police Department and released on 7/28/60 [REDACTED].
On 1/23/62, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] charged by Washington State Patrol.
No additional information was contained on [REDACTED]
Enclosed is a photograph of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Identification [REDACTED], Pierce County Sheriff's Office, Tacoma, Washington.
