On 12/13/71, [REDACTED] Operator's License Section, Department of Motor Vehicles, Olympia, Washington, was requested to furnish copies of Washington Driver's License issued to M.O. CLARKE, #CL-AR-KM-0752LG, and HERMAN ROEST, Olympia, Wash- ington. 1/A (14) 1/A (25)
On 12/15/71, [REDACTED] DMV, furnished two copies each of the above requested driver's licenses, which are attached.
It should be noted that HERMAN ROEST, Rt. 4, Box 371, Olympia, Washington, was born 2/7/47, and his photograph does not resemble the sketch of the hijacker.
The copy of the Wash. Driver's License for M.O. CLARKE is furnished for the use of the Agents covering the lead per re tel at Woodland, Washington.
