Suspect BURNS' bank robbery file at San Francisco (91-7589) has been reviewed and there is little information in this file which would assist Seattle in processing him as a suspect.

BURNS has blue eyes and all witnesses have described UNSUB, aka COOPER as having brown eyes.
BURNS is described as having medium complexion while UNSUS, aka, COOPER has been described as having a dark and swarthy complexion.
BURNS has a pock mark on the left side of his face and a mole on the right side of his face. He also has scars
