What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re: JOHN EMIL LIST, aka Johann - FUGITIVE IO #4480 (CO: NK) Bufile 88-55637 Newark 88-8468
For the information of the Bureau, Seattle and Newark, a review of information available to Jacksonville in above captioned cases indicates distinct similarity in physical appearance and description of subject LIST with description and composite drawing of unknown subject, aka Dan Cooper of NORJAK case.
Latent Fingerprint Section, if not already done so, should compare fingerprints of LIST with any latents developed in NORJAK case.
Seattle may desire to consider LIST as possible suspect, display photos to witnesses and conduct other logical investigation.
ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
