On January 17, 1972, [REDACTED], Department of Motor Vehicles, advised that [REDACTED] does not have a current Washington State Driver's License but the most recent license obtained by [REDACTED] expired in August, 1971, on his birth date and since he obtained that license prior to the time when photographing applicants was mandatory, there is no photograph of [REDACTED] available.
