COOPER CONFIDENTIAL [REDACTED] BASED UPON ASSUMPTION LETTER SUGGESTS [REDACTED] AS SUSPECT, PORTLAND CHECKED INDICES, METROPOLITAN AREA CITY AND TELEPHONE DIRECTORIES, RECORDS OF PORTLAND PD AND MULTNOMAH COUNTY SO, ALL WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. SUGGEST SEATTLE DO SAME INVESTIGATION THAT AREA. XEROX COPIES OF LETTER BEING FORWARDED SEATTLE BY MAIL.
