What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

RE: [REDACTED b6/b7C] SUSPECT
SA DONALD STEELE called from Pan American Administration Office, SEA-TAC.
He said their records show that [REDACTED b6/b7C] 11/24/71, He then left [REDACTED b6/b7C] 11/24/71, and did not return until 11/26/71.
I called SA MATHIESON at the Bureau and pointed this out to him, telling him that this effectively eliminated [REDACTED] He agreed but said that just on the off chance that the records were wrong, he wanted a photo obtained and shown to witnesses.
