On June 16, 1972, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] of the Wharf Restaurant, Seattle, Washington, reviewed that establishments employment records. She noted that a CHARLES BLOOMER had been employed by the restaurant from July 12, 1967, until August 23, 1967. This BLOOMER lived at 3703 South Juneau, Seattle, and had a Social Security Number of 132-18-9290.
[REDACTED] could not recall what BLOOMER looked like, however, the [REDACTED] at the restaurant, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] advised that BLOOMER was in his late thirties, stood about 5' 10" tall and weighed 160 pounds with dark hair. [REDACTED] recommended that the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] be contacted as that organization might have more information on BLOOMER.
