What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re memo SA [REDACTED] dated 2/8/72.
---
On 2/15/72, a review of the records at the Vancouver Police Department and the Clark County Sheriff's Office re [REDACTED] was unsuccessful in that with the information avail- b6 able to identify [REDACTED] it was impossible to match an indices b7C card with [REDACTED] because of the large number of indices cards at the VPD and the CCSO containing the name [REDACTED]
It should be noted that on 12/29/71, a DMV check revealed that [REDACTED] Vancouver, Washington, has a date of birth of [REDACTED] which obviously eliminates him as a suspect. It should also be noted that on the same communication from DMV, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] are reflected as living at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Vancouver, Washington.
