On 2/7/72, LYLE McGUIGAN, President, Sanders County Sky Diving Club, Thompson Falls, Montana, believes captioned individual may be identical with UNSUB. Belief based on physical appearance as McGUIGAN knew [REDACTED] when they both served in the Army together; however, McGuIGAN has not seen [REDACTED] since 1959. McGUIGAN does not know [REDACTED] current whereabouts but will go through some old records to ascertain if he has a photograph or address.
This matter will be closely followed and Seattle will be apprized.
