CREWS was booked 5/19/72, from Ureka, California, on a charge of worthless checks, Warrant No. A-134088, and was arraigned before Magistrate DAN LOWREY. CREWS was released on bond 5/25/72, and his current whereabouts are unknown. CREWS described on booking slip as follows:
