The following investigation was conducted by SA [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at Las Cruces, New Mexico:
Contact was had with [REDACTED] who was [REDACTED] the Las Cruces, New Mexico, area with subject, LAWRENCE HILLARD CREWS; [REDACTED] advised that he cannot be more specific as to the whereabouts of the subject than that which was outlined in a complaint filed by SA [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at Las Cruces against LAWRENCE HILLARD CREWS on a recent date which will be contained in the substantive 88 file on LAWRENCE HILLARD CREWS.
[REDACTED] District Attorney at Las Cruces, New Mexico, advised that he has deferred prosecution for the time being on the subject to local authorities at Eureka, California, where they supposedly now have CREWS in custody in connection with a car theft matter.
