On April 29, 1972, I called SA [REDACTED] at Los Angeles. He advised that he had been told by the Bureau not to interview CARL FLEMING again. I told him that they should get ahold of [REDACTED] at once, show the photo of MURPHY to him to see if that was the individual interviewed on the beach and let us know.
