BY AIR COURIER, SEATTLE IS FORWARDING TO LOS ANGELES AND SAN FRANCISCO, PHOTOS OF DONALD SYLVESTER MURPHY. HE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AND ADMITS HE IS INDIVIDUAL WHO IS DEPICTED IN THE PICTURES PREVIOUSLY FURNISHED TO LA AND SF, SHOWING A MAN STANDING AT THE CURB WEARING SUNGLASSES AND A WIG. HE WILL NOT ADMIT HE IS THE MAN PHOTOGRAPHED IN THE KNIT CAP, HOWEVER, KARL FLEMING HAS STATED THAT AFOREMENTIONED PHOTOS DEPICT THE SAME INDIVIDUAL.
EXHIBIT IMMEDIATELY TO [REDACTED] [REDACTED] AND DETERMINE IF THIS IS THE MAN THAT THEY PHOTOGRAPHED IN SEATTLE.
