What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

---
After receipt from the New York Office of a Xerox copy of the three $20 bills which had been involved in [REDACTED] prepared by KARL FLEMING, the original microfilm made of the ransom money itself, was reviewed on 4/25 and 26/72 on a viewer at the Federal Reserve Bank by SAs [REDACTED] and the three bills bearing serial numbers L 54904730 A, L 33529797 A and L 20168977 A, were located and marked on the film. As each bill was located on the viewer, a print thereof was made.
Attached as part of this memo is a print of each of the bills from the microfilm.
A review of the Xerox copies of the original microfilm shows that the Xerox copies were bogus.
