Due to the complexity of [REDACTED] estate and the time required for settlement in probate, many people have had access to the information regarding her holdings. Some of these people have made offers of several of the [REDACTED] One of these individuals is [REDACTED] (PHONETIC), who is an individual in [REDACTED] [REDACTED] She would des- cribe him as a smooth operator and because of some of his actions and statements to her, she presently dislikes him. Another individual who would have knowledge of her assets and holdings was a friend or acquaintance of [REDACTED] This individual, [REDACTED] she believes resides in Port Orchard or Bremerton. She described [REDACTED] as a bore and an individual she never really paid much attention to. She seems to remember that [REDACTED] boasted about his investments and thinks he, at one time, mentioned investing in [REDACTED] She believes he would be the type who might say to other people that he would be able to get her to invest money. She believes he used to work at Pacific Marine Supply and is presently retired.

She again stated she has no knowledge of any arrangements that may have been made for her to invest money in [REDACTED] and again stated she has never told anyone she wanted to invest or had sums of money for investment purposes. She viewed photographs of [REDACTED] and DONALD SYLVESTER MURPHY, neither of whom she recognized. She has never heard of either individual and, infact, knows very few people in the Bremerton area.
