On May 1, 1972, [REDACTED] Bremerton, Washington, stated that DONALD S. MURPHY was with him on Thanksgiving Day of 1971. MURPHY prepared a turkey dinner for [REDACTED] and himself. He is positive that MURPHY was with him all Thanksgiving Day, but cannot be certain that MURPHY was at [REDACTED] residence Thanksgiving Eve. He thinks that MURPHY was there watching television, but was not positive.
