What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

RE: [REDACTED] - SOURCE
---
On May 3, 1972, I called ASAC DULINSKY in Las Vegas and advised him that in serving a search warrant in [REDACTED] office we had located a walk-in vault, the combination of which [REDACTED] advised he had either forgotten or did not have. I requested him to contact [REDACTED] Project Manager, Incline Village, Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and advise him that the combination to the vault was located in a file under "Vault. in the Boise-Cascade Recreational Committee Files (Nettleton Lake file)". This file is located in the office at Incline Village. The combination is typed on a 3x5 card scotchtaped to a larger paper in the file folder. SA [REDACTED] called from Las Vegas and advised that he had been unable to find the combination. I told him to forget it since we had a locksmith trying to drill the safe.
