posing as D. B. COOPER as follows:
White Male Approximately 50 years of age 5'9" - 5'10" 160-165 pounds Large ears Thin lips Sharp nose Balding dark brown hair Right-handed and a heavy smoker of filter tip cigarettes He has some sort of a tattoo on the inside lower left forearm near his shirt cuff He has a 2-inch round depression on the left side of his forehead, and has slightly prominent veins in the center of his forehead. He has 2 front upper teeth which have gold caps on approximately one-quarter of them.
