RE: SUSPECT WALTER LEWIS HAMPTON, SR. Sub #366

Re Denver airtel to Phoenix, dated 5/24/73.

Referenced communication requested Phoenix to check records of VA Hospital, Tucson, Arizona, and establish HAMPTON's incarceration there on 11/24/71 in order that this matter may be logically resolved.

To date, Seattle has not received the results of that investigation. Phoenix is requested to forward results of that investigation to Seattle.
