Enclosed herewith for Seattle are the photographs of COOPER made available by Detective GUY S. TRESELINK, Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
[REDACTED] Kansas, observed artist's conception of Unknown Subject on 2/23/72, and advised there are some similarities in this conception with that of [REDACTED] LEONARD DALE COOPER. She stated it has been almost three years since she last saw COOPER and cannot be positive regarding the artist's conception.
[REDACTED] had previously reported to the Shawnee County Sheriff's Office 7/14/69, that she had been [REDACTED] [REDACTED] by COOPER who is an ex-paratrooper. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] stated she has no idea of COOPER's whereabouts and has not seen or heard from him since he departed the area in 1969. She had lived with [REDACTED]

Cooper, Danny Cooper, Daniel Danny Cooper, Daniel Niles Seymore had a lengthy arrest record under FBI #604 825 A and his latest arrest was by the St. Paul, Minnesota Police Department 11/4/54, for suspicion of check fraud. TEESELINK made available one photograph of COOPER under St. Paul Police Department #45179. TEESELINK also made available one snapshot photograph of COOPER lying on a bed with two children.
