What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

RE: SUSPECT JAMES N. ROUNSAUKLL SUSPECT #370
ReSE memo of SA[REDACTED] dated 4/7/72; and memo of SA[REDACTED] dated 4/14/72.
ROUNSAUKLL has contacted the Seattle Office of the FBI on several occasions since first being interviewed by Bureau Agents. He has been extremely helpful with re- gard to background information on himself, and his where- abouts on November 24, 1971. He was advised that efforts to locate a recent photograph of him have met with negative results and he voluntarily offered a private photograph for viewing by witnesses.
In view of this and the fact that ROUNSAUKLL's facial characteristics did not match those on the artist's composite sketch, it is recommended that investigation of him as a suspect in this case be terminated.
