On 3/20/72, [redacted], Washington, phone [redacted] telephonically advised that the des- cription and composited drawing of the hijacker fits [redacted] perfectly, and he is JAMES N. ROUNSAVELL, 3239 - 33rd West Street, Seattle, Washington. She added that he is a promoter, and is being investigated by the IRS. She said he needs money desperately.
