What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

On November 29, 1971, [REDACTED] Washington State Parole Board, Olympia, suggested the name of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] DOB: [REDACTED] Institution [REDACTED] as a possible suspect in this case. He has [REDACTED] eyes, brown hair, [REDACTED] 174 pounds and was paroled on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Washington. He has a long criminal record and has been involved in bizarre methods.
In [REDACTED]
parole board had not further details concerning this escapade.
I contacted SA FARRELL by phone, who suggested a memo be prepared since it contains a present address for suspect.
