Re: Suspect ROBERT W. HARSHA Sub. No. 430

Re Seattle airtel to Portland, 9/18/73.

For information Seattle, investigation at Portland established suspect HARSHA worked entire day shift, 11/24/71, was off Thanksgiving Day, 11/25/71, because of Holiday, was off again 11/26/71, on "floating day off". HARSHA continued employment until terminated 12/28/71, due to inability to produce work of journeyman quality.
