ON INSTANT DATE DEPUTY [REDACTED], CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON, ADVISED THAT [REDACTED] [REDACTED] OREGON CITY, OREGON, TELEPHONE [REDACTED] [REDACTED], RECENTLY TOLD HIM THAT [REDACTED] (FNU) HARSHA, FITS THE GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF CAPTIONED UNSUB AND LOOKS LIKE THE COMPOSITE PHOTOGRAPH OF THE UNSUB.
HE ADDED THAT HARSHA LEFT HIS RESIDENCE ONE DAY PRIOR TO THANKS- GIVING, SEVENTYONE, AND DID NOT RETURN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. TRIBE ADVISED THAT HARSHA HAS BEEN UNEMPLOYED ALL WINTER, BUT HAS CONTINUED TO PURCHASE EXPENSIVE HOUSEHOLD ITEMS. TRIBE ADDED THAT HARSHA TOOK FLYING LESSONS LAST YEAR AND IS QUITE FAMILIAR WITH FLYING
