Re New Orleans letter to Seattle 4/27/73.
Contact with DOYLE BERRY, President, Berry Brothers Contractors, Berwick, La., on 5/2/73, failed to disclose any further pertinent information re activities or whereabouts of ALVIN CURTIS HARTLEY. BERRY advised upon contact that should he receive any information re HARTLEY, he would immediately notify the FBI.
In view of the aforementioned, the New Orleans Division considers this matter RUC.
