In December, 1969, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Alexandria, Virginia, were attempting to form a chapter of the Student Mobilization Committee to End the War in Vietnam (SMC)
The SMC is controlled by the Socialist Workers Party (SWP) and its youth affiliate, Young Socialist Alliance. The SMC initiates and supports public demonstrations against the war in Southeast Asia.
The SWP has been designated pursuant to Executive Order 10450.

After the [REDACTED] were refused permission by [REDACTED] to form a chapter of the SMC at [REDACTED] they formed a club instead and called it the Students Rights Club. This club asked for complete voluntary [REDACTED] On one occasion prior to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] on drugs, members of the Students Rights Club handed out leaflets calling for [REDACTED] [REDACTED] As a result, [REDACTED] BRYCE TULLER. CHARLES TULLER was very upset about this and informed [REDACTED] that he believed in what [REDACTED] were doing.
