SLYNGSTAD further advised that [redacted] hired ROACH and that [redacted] would return to work on July 26, 1972, at which time he could provide further information regarding ROACH.
On July 26, 1972, [redacted] viewed a composite drawing of the UNSUB after which he advised that SHERMAN ROACH did not appear to be identical to the composite draw- ing. He further advised that ROACH always wore his hair in a crewcut style and that ROACH was extremely light complexioned.
In view of [redacted] statement regarding ROACH's hair style and complexion along with ROACH not being identi- cal to the composite drawing, it is recommending that no further investigation be conducted regarding SHERMAN ROACH.
