Re: JAMES A. KELLER

Enclosed for Seattle is one copy of an investigative insert reflecting investigation conducted at Clark Fork, Idaho.

In view of the fact that KELLER does not resemble the UNSUB of Norjak and that it would appear there is a feud between KELLER and [REDACTED] on a civil matter and that possibly KELLER's whereabouts on the Norjak can be verified through the UNITED AIRLINES records, no further investigation is being made regarding KELLER in this matter.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
