Numerous attempts were made to locate [REDACTED] with negative results until 12/8/72. At that time, [REDACTED] was contacted and was shown a photograph of ALVIN BENTON CELCER which had been forwarded to Miami by the San Antonio Division. [REDACTED] identified the photograph of CELCER as the individual he furnished information concerning in June of 1962. [REDACTED] stated that he has been concentrating most of his efforts in [REDACTED] and has spent little time at the Fort Lauderdale International Airport. He stated he has not seen CELCER since June or July of 1972. He has no information concerning his present whereabouts.

[REDACTED] stated that the photograph is still a good resemblance of CELCER and he can readily identify him through the photograph, however, he stated it was obvious that the photograph was approximately ten years old.
