Pursuant to our telephone conversation this morning I am furnishing information to help apprehend the sky-jacker who recently obtained $200 thousand from the McChord Air Force Base banking (facility) and escaped from a Northwest Air Lines Boeing 727 jet [overtyped/illegible] airliner.
During the past week while I was in conference with [REDACTED b6/b7C] [REDACTED] it came to my attention that the sky-jacker used notes to communicate with the stewardess. Although only a few lines were received, I noticed a pattern in the dialog that immediately brought to mind an acquaintance of mine with whom I have had some contact during the past four years. He is Alvin Celcer. Mr. Celcer has been working here in Wenatchee during the summer fire seasons as a fire retardant pilot for U.S. Forest Service contractors, Wenairco and [REDACTED] Kansas.)
In addition to general appearance in the sketch, the dialog used in the notes is characteristic of that used by Mr. Celcer.
I have furnished detailed information on the subject, Alvin Celcer, to our local F.B.I. agent, [REDACTED] and to the Seattle office of the F.B.I. regarding where he resides at times in Utah. His association [REDACTED] in Nicaragua, including: [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Nicaragua.

Mr. Celcer has mentioned to me that during his tour in the U.S. Air Force that he was a tail boom operator of a KC-135, a tanker version of a Boeing 707 jet airliner. Me. Celcer has broad flying experience background, including flying Central American antiques to Texas and New York. More recently he purchased a PBY aircraft from Steward-Davis Inc., 3200 Cherry Ave., Long Beach, Calif. 90807, Tel: 213/636-1871 and 426-6455. I have been told that narcotics agents found heroin on board the plane at an eastern U.S. airport. The plane was repossessed and reported stolen by Mr. Celcer.
I am a professional pilot and am former U.S. Air Force [REDACTED] b6 [REDACTED] I am anxious to see the sky-jacker brought to justice, b7C and I want to collect the reward.
