Enclosed letter is obviously from Howard J. Hubbell, number 84333-132, Leavenworth, Kansas, and who is referred to in referenced Buairtel.
Kansas City review enclosed letter and insure material contained therein is identical to data furnished your office by Hubbell when he was interviewed.
