TWIGG ADVISED [REDACTED] THAT HE IS AVAILABLE FOR INTERVIEW BY FBI OR OTHER U.S. OFFICIALS AT ANYTIME AND IS EAGER TO ASSIST THE U.S. GOVERNMENT IN ANY INVESTIGATION THEY MIGHT HAVE CONCERNING HIM.
