Dear Sirs; -
Having watched "The Children of God" on Channel 5 [guess: Chronolog] to-night I am wondering if I have hit on the idea of who D.B. Cooper is. When the leader of C.O.G. was pictured, D.B. Cooper immediately came to mind - It wasn't until the program was over that I realized the initials were the same as the instigator of the C.O.G. - viz. David Berg. The "Cooper" might have some significance or just an added feature. It was mentioned he has been in retirement or hiding - as one may look at it) for 2 years. He was pictured without glasses on T.V. [guess: the] resemblance seemed so identical that it might be worth pursuing - with such a leadership, he might well have had a purpose such as the C.O.G. in mind. In any event please do not ever [guess: disclose] my name to the public - I am curious if there is still a reward out for [guess: him] [illegible] May 9 [guess: ear from you, as to your thoughts on this] [illegible] [guess: I am]
