The following investigation was conducted by SA [REDACTED] Sub 46 2 b6 b7C AT OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA
On August 4, 1972, [REDACTED] Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), advised that she could locate no Airman Certification for ARDON NORRIS.
On August 7, 1972, [REDACTED] Oklahoma City, advised that [REDACTED] name was b6 ARDON NORRIS, but that he had been deceased for the past 16 b7C years.
On August 7, 1972, [REDACTED] Oklahoma City Police Department, advised that Bureau of Records file number 113968, concerned an ARDEN LEE NORRIS, white male; birth November 6, 1929, at Crescent, Oklahoma; address 1519 North Ellison. She advised that on May 8, 1970, NORRIS was charged with Assault and Battery. No disposition was shown.
On August 7, 1972, attempt to contact NORRIS at 1519 North Ellison Street was negative.

knowledge NORRIS was in the Oklahoma City area during Thanksgiving.
Attempts to contact [REDACTED] on August 9, and August 10, 1972, were negative.
On August 11, 1972, [REDACTED] advised that she is acquainted with ARDEN LEE NORRIS, and advised that he had Thanksgiving dinner at her sister's house, [REDACTED] She advised that he had helped her with the shopping on November 23, and 24, 1971. She advised that NORRIS' daughter, [REDACTED] could also verify this.
On August 11, 1972, [REDACTED] advised that her father had Thanksgiving dinner with [REDACTED] a mutual friend of the family, and quite a few other relatives, at [REDACTED] house.
On August 11, 1972, [REDACTED] advised that her brother, ARDEN LEE NORRIS, had Thanksgiving dinner with her in 1971, and approximately 18 other relatives, and guests at her home in Oklahoma City. She stated that her brother was at her house at 12 Noon on Thanksgiving day and she recalls him calling her several times during the day before Thanksgiving from his daughter's home. She advised that to the best of her knowledge her brother was with his daughters, [REDACTED] the day before Thanksgiving.

On August 12, 1972, ARDEN LEE NORRIS telephonically contacted the Oklahoma City Office of the FBI. NORRIS advised that he spent Thanksgiving and days prior to Thanksgiving, 1971, in the Oklahoma City area with [REDACTED] and his daughters, [REDACTED]. He also had dinner over at his sister's house, [REDACTED]. NORRIS advised that he has not flown a plane since September, 1955. He stated that he has not been outside of the Oklahoma, Texas, or Kansas area in the last seven years. He stated that about seven years ago he went through Seattle, Washington, and Portland,. Oregon, on his way to Canada. NORRIS advised that he is presently self-employed and is in the process of opening up various amusement centers throughout Oklahoma. He stated that he is currently working in Altus, Oklahoma, at 120 East Cypress, and resides at 504 Cypress.
