SOURCES AT U.S. FOREST SERVICE WHERE SUSPECT IS EMPLOYED, AND ADDITIONAL SOURCES IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOREST SERVICE, ADVISED HE HAS HAD A BEARD EVER SINCE HE WAS EMPLOYED BY THE FOREST SERVICE IN ONE NINE SEVEN ONE.
