On November 13, 1972, it was determined through logical sources of U. S. Post Office that KIPPEN had moved to 125 - 146th Street Southeast, Lynnwood, Washington.
Referenced communication included KIPPEN's Calif- ornia driver's license and description. It is noted KIPPEN's date of birth is March 15, 1942; blonde hair; 5'10"; KIPPEN's facial features are not similar to the artists composite of Unknown Subject.
