San Francisco Division is not setting forth leads with this communication based on review of Seattle indices to determine if "SID" RUSSELL has been eliminated as possible subject in this matter.
If RUSSELL is considered possible suspect, Evergreen Flying Service out of Boeing Field, Seattle, may have most current employment records on RUSSELL to further identify him for location and interview. Evergreen is last known employer of RUSSELL prior to his disappearance on or about the time of the D. B. COOPER investigation.
