What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

[Routing slip with columns: SUPV | DEP FS | AO | TM | FIRE | R&L | ENG | I&E | B&F | CONTR | PERS | MD TEAM | SERVICES] Dear Mr/Mrs Cooper:
---
Kingman Az. 86401 b6 per USDA b7C per USDA December 9, 1974

It is hard to pinpoint an area when 3/4" equals one mile. So to help you as best that I can I will send you my work sheet. As you will see by the map— Mr Cooper & his suitcase got separated on the way down. Mr Cooper is in Sec# 9 & the suitcase in Sec #3.
To help you pinpoint the suitcase – try to get someone that uses Radiesthesia. On a clear day he can use a Pendulum & pinpoint within 100 feet by triangulation just where to look. With 3 to 4 inches of old leaves over it the suitcase will blend into the background. I hope this will help you.
Sincerely Carl W. Johnson
